Types of Imigration Services We Offer

Canada

A Canada study visa, officially known as a Study Permit, allows international students to study at designated learning institutions (DLIs) in Canada. The permit is typically granted for the duration of the academic program and may include work authorization options. Studying in Canada offers access to high-quality education, multicultural environment, and post-graduation work opportunities.

A Canada PR (Permanent Resident) visa grants foreign nationals the right to live, work, and study in Canada permanently. It provides a pathway to becoming a Canadian citizen after fulfilling certain residency requirements. Holders of a Canada PR visa enjoy many of the same rights and benefits as Canadian citizens, such as access to healthcare and social services. However, they cannot vote in federal elections.

Canada has reopened its Caregiver Program on March 31, 2025, offering a path to permanent residency for foreign nationals who provide care for children, seniors, or individuals with medical needs.

New Zealand

The New Zealand Straight to Residence Visa, part of the Green List, offers a direct pathway to residency for skilled workers in high-demand occupations. It allows individuals with a job offer in a Tier 1 Green List occupation to bypass temporary work visas and apply directly for residence. This visa is for those who meet specific skill, qualification, and health & character requirements.

Requires a job offer from an accredited employer. To obtain this visa, you must first secure a job with a New Zealand employer who has been approved to hire migrant workers. You’ll also need to meet the pay and skill level requirements for the specific job, as well as pass health and character checks.

UK

To get a UK work visa with a job offer, you’ll generally need a Skilled Worker visa, which requires a job offer from a licensed sponsor, a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS), and meeting specific skill and salary thresholds. The process involves securing a job with a UK employer, obtaining a CoS, and then applying for the visa.

If you have a UK Skilled Worker visa and want to change jobs, you’ll need to update your visa to reflect the new employment. This involves getting a new Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) from your new employer and applying to update your visa before your current visa expires. You can apply up to 3 months before the start date of your new job.

To work in Europe, non-EU citizens generally need a work permit, which is an official document authorizing employment in a specific country. The process involves applying to the relevant embassy or consulate, often requiring a job offer, passport, and other supporting documents.

Australia

An Australia PR (Permanent Resident) visa allows individuals to live, work, and study in Australia indefinitely. It’s a pathway to permanent residency for those not already Australian citizens. PR visa holders can also access healthcare and other social services. After a certain period, PR visa holders may also be eligible to apply for Australian citizenship.

The Australian Subclass 407 Training visa allows individuals to come to Australia for workplace-based occupational training or professional development. It’s designed to improve skills for a specific job, area of tertiary study, or field of expertise. The training must be structured and related to the applicant’s current occupation, area of study, or field of expertise.
